So , I think , quickly I should document the ongoing topic and achieve closure on the Reason I set out explaining -- Why Start Blogging at end 2011!!!
Well...............so as we kept discussing the various options about achieving Brand Awareness... We also did a quick analyisis on Google Trends and found that our hypothesis was justified to a reasonable extent -- In many cases Searches on Google preceded the Market Growth of innovative products....
An easy example can be seen through the Sunny Leone saga in the whole Big Boss episode. If one goes to www.google.com/trends and searches for our Beautiful NRI , one will now in retrospective not be surprised that she is being searched crazily over the net. And , no wonder, the TRPs of the programs she is participating are also shooting off like a self-propelled perpetually fuelled torpedo in friction-less non-gravity environment !!!!
In plain words, the google search results may act as a lead-indicator for success/failure in the real world. Now , for me Search and Google are synonyms. Other loyalists may try out the Yahoo /MSN/Bing etc. , and I think , this hypothesis will work there too !!!
Now coming to blogs................ When we were trying various keywords in various combinations, all the top results were coming for Blogs. And what blogs they were. Great Industry Analysts have great blogs, but their Alexia Page Ranks may not be significant..... But , these Blogs were many times by unknown bloggers who have mastered some skill set definitely , where their Blogs were coming much ahead of Industry Giant's web-pages...
And , after that a discussion followed, which I may choose not to disclose for the excuse of brevity. But , definitely , one impression was stamped on my Mind ---- Blogging is Exciting and Fun !!!!
So , here I take up , which in 2003 was defined as nerdy , happily in 2011 -- the Art of Blogging ....... Hope sometime down the lane, you will acknowledge that I have improved and my posts are much better than the ones I used to write in December 2011 !!! :))
